Lead Desk

Lead Desk (IBI CRM) is the CRM that immigration by investment (Immigration Diligence LLC) provides to the advisor firms it works with. It keeps each investment-immigration inquiry together with everything that happens next.

What it does

• Inquiries in one place. Each inquiry IBI receives appears on its own lead page, with the form answers and the summary of the first call by IBI's AI assistant, and is assigned to one advisor firm.
• Calls, texts and email. Advisors call, text and email their leads from the lead page, and the whole history stays on it.
• Booking. Advisors send their booking links (Calendly, Google, Cal.com and others) and see consultations on the lead as they are booked.
• Consultation reviews. With the advisor's consent, the transcript of a consultation, imported from Zoom or uploaded by hand, is added to the lead with an AI review of how it went and what to do next. Where IBI has switched it on, Google Meet transcripts are imported the same way, and consultations in the advisor's Google Calendar appear on the lead.
• Alerts. New leads, replies and reviews reach advisors in the app, by browser notification and in Telegram.

Who can use it

Lead Desk is not open for sign-up. IBI creates the accounts for its partner advisor firms and its own team. Each firm sees only the leads assigned to it.
